Member and Non-Member Registration

Camp registration will be open to GRYC members on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 10 am and to non-members on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 10 am. To register, leave your completed registration package in the drop off box located on the front porch at 39 ch Summerlea in Chelsea (the same road on which the GRYC is located).

Please note that drop off is no longer at 19 ch Summerlea

After March 20, completed packages can also be mailed to:

Attention: 2011 Youth Program

Please note that only registration packages containing ALL of the following information will be considered:

• completed/signed Registration Form
• $100 non-refundable deposit cheque (per registrant) with current date
• post dated cheque for balance of fees, dated first day of camp
• completed Medical Authorization Form
• completed Tax Receipt Form

Participants will be notified via e-mail once their application has been processed. The confirmation will include a Program Information Sheet which details what to bring on the first day of camp.

Paid registrations will be transferable to other sessions subject to availability and will be refundable up to one month prior to the session, less the $100.00 deposit fee.
