Member and Non-Member Registration

Priority, in person registration for GRYC MEMBERS is on Saturday, March 20, 2010 from 10 am to 12 pm at 39 ch Summerlea, Chelsea.

On Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 10 am, camp registration will open to NON GRYC MEMBERS. To register, leave your completed registration package in the drop off box located at the foot of the driveway at 39 ch Summerlea, (note, drop off no longer at 19 Summerlea)

After March 21st, completed packages can also be mailed to:

Attention: 2010 Youth Program

Please note that only registration packages containing ALL of the following information will be considered:

• completed/signed Registration Form
• $100 non-refundable deposit cheque (per registrant) with current date
• post dated cheque for balance of fees, dated first day of camp
• completed Medical Authorization Form
• completed Tax Receipt Form

Participants will be notified via e-mail once their application has been processed. The confirmation will include a Program Information Sheet which details what to bring on the first day of camp.

Paid registrations will be transferable to other sessions subject to availability and will be refundable up to one month prior to the session, less the $100.00 deposit fee.
