How to Apply
A questionnaire associated with each position must be submitted along with your resume, and cover letter. Also include scanned copies of swimming, first aid, boating & sailing certifications, or receipts for re-cert courses if past expiry date. The questionnaire acts as a preliminary interview.

Positions
The following staff positions are available at the GRYC
Head Sailing Instructor
- Current CYA Bronze instructor level or higher;
- June 21 to August 21 (9 weeks);
- Starting salary based on experience and certification ($550+/week, see grid);
- 40 hours per week;
- Responsible for developing, promoting and teaching GRYC sailing programs for adults and youth. Instructs Bronze sail and adult learn to sail programs;
- Current Certification: Standard First Aid; Bronze Cross; Boat Operator;
- Bilingualism an asset.
Head Sailing Instructor Questionnaire
White Sail 1 & 2 Instructor (two positions)
- Current CYA White Sail Instructor level;
- June 21 to August 21;
- Starting salary based on experience & certification ($450+/week, see grid);
- 40 hours per week;
- Responsible for teaching sailing, and planning daily camp activities;
- Current Certification: Standard First Aid; Bronze Cross; Boat Operator;
- Bilingualism an asset.
White Sail 1 & 2 Instructor Questionnaire
White Sail 3 Instructor (one position)
- Current CYA White Sail Instructor level;
- June 21 to August 21;
- Starting salary based on experience & certification ($450+/week, see grid);
- 40 hours per week;
- Responsible for teaching sailing, assisting the Head sailing instructor when required and planning daily camp activities;
- Current Certification: Standard First Aid; Bronze Cross; Boat Operator;
- Bilingualism an asset.
